The Re-member Retreat:

Happy River

27 - 29 March 2026

Spring is nature’s new year, when we are blessed with lighter, warmer days and a sense of potential and opportunity. You’re invited to remember, reconnect and restore you during this two night retreat in the serenity of Happy River in Wareham forest, Dorset.

‘Re-member’ ~ ‘put together again’, ‘restore connection’, ‘actively reintergrate’, ‘rebuild wholeness’.

With the themes of re-membering and re-emerging, think enlivening, embodied yoga flows, restful Yin and Nidra, guided vision board workshop and time and space for solitude or deep discussion and connection around the fire. Your cosy forest cabin with log burner and hot tub awaits. Our communal spaces include a yurt with log burner, kitchen/dining space with underfloor heating, barn studio for our workshop and forest sauna, jungle shower and cold plunge.

You will be nourished by plant based chef Kara Hayward and have the option to book a massage with Rachel Wilkinson, Ayurvedic massage queen!

Spaces are limited to 7 staying on site with another 3 spaces for those wishing to join but not staying on site. Secure your place today with just £123 deposit and payment plans available.

  • "I’ve been to a couple of Abby’s retreats and they are simply amazing. Every little detail is thought about - from the decor to the food to the content to the space. They are a perfect opportunity to reset and connect with others. I am a beginner and what I love about Abby’s retreats is they cater for everyone regardless of your ability. The mix of yoga and other activities makes it an entirely holistic experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."
